en&nbsp;el RDL 32\/2021 ha modificado el contrato para la formaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje, empezando por su denominaci\u00f3n, puesto que&nbsp;ahora se denomina contrato para la formaci\u00f3n en 100% en las cuotas de la Seguridad Social (75% si la empresa tiene m\u00e1s de 250 trabajadores) y una bonificaci\u00f3n del 100% de la formaci\u00f3n en los Seguros has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:14px\">Edad, mayores de 16 y menores de 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:14px\">No tener la titulaci\u00f3n oficial obtenida y reconocida por el sistema de formaci\u00f3n profesional para el empleo o del sistema educativo para la realizaci\u00f3n de un contrato formativo para la obtenci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1ctica profesional (los antiguamente conocidos como contratos en pr\u00e1cticas).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:14px\">No se puede celebrar un contrato para la formaci\u00f3n cuyo fin sea la cualificaci\u00f3n de un puesto de trabajo que haya sido desempe\u00f1ado por el trabajador en la misma empresa por un tiempo superior a 6 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:14px\">No haber agotado la duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima establecida para los contratos de formaci\u00f3n, en la misma empresa o en otra distinta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div ALTERNANCIA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00ednimo 3 meses y m\u00e1ximo 2 a\u00f1os.<br>Posibilidad para realizar pr\u00f3rrogas para conseguir el t\u00edtulo (sin superar nunca la duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 2 a\u00f1os).<br>Podr\u00e1 desarrollarse al amparo de un solo contrato de forma no continuada.<br>No podr\u00e1 establecerse periodo de prueba en estos contratos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"JORNADA\">DURACI\u00d3N DE LA JORNADA DE TRABAJO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\">El tiempo de trabajo efectivo no podr\u00e1 ser superior al 65% el primer a\u00f1o ni al 85% el segundo, de la jornada m\u00e1xima prevista en el convenio (40 horas a la semana habitualmente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>La duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima efectiva no podr\u00e1 ser superior a 26 horas a la semana el primer a\u00f1o o 34 horas a la semana el segundo a\u00f1o.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Entre el final de una jornada y el comienzo de la siguiente mediar\u00e1n, como m\u00ednimo, 12 horas de descanso.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>El n\u00famero de horas ordinarias de trabajo efectivo no podr\u00e1 ser superior a nueve diarias, salvo que por convenio colectivo o, en su defecto, acuerdo entre la empresa y los representantes de los trabajadores, se establezca otra distribuci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\">A lo que hay que a\u00f1adir que, el trabajador no puede realizar horas extraordinarias, salvo los realizados para prevenir o reparar siniestros o da\u00f1os extraordinarios, ni horas complementarias en los contratos a tiempo parcial, y tampoco pueden realizar trabajo a turnos ni nocturnos (entre las diez de la noche y las seis de la
